In the midst of a big city, you'll find a close-knit, welcoming community. The surrounding neighborhood is extremely walkable, with restaurants, grocery stores, and other services close by. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside - we're on several bus routes, including the #70 to downtown. If you have a bit of a green thumb, you can volunteer to help out at the Eastlake P-Patch, the local community garden. Or if water activities are more to your liking, we're also across from a small boat launch. The new building is Built Smart certified, with extra insulation - which not only helps maintain a more comfortable temperature, it also gives you more quiet and privacy in your apartment - and energy efficient appliances to conserve resources. Cheer for the Huskies in basketball or football - University of Washington is right across the bridge. We're also just a few blocks from I-5, and have easy access to Hwy. 520.
