Close to Bothell, Kenmore, and Kirkland, and only half an hour from Seattle, you'll discover the perfect blend of rural charm and urban living - the best of both worlds! Our apartment homes are incredibly open and spacious. Lots of windows in the living rooms let in plenty of natural sunlight. In our two-bedroom floor plans, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for extra privacy. You'll also love having a washer and dryer in your apartment home - no more dragging dirty clothes to the laundromat! Plus you can take advantage of everything the community and area has to offer. If you're the active, outdoorsy type, you can spend your free time mountain biking or hiking on the many trails in the area. Or you can visit downtown Bothell and its unique shops and restaurants.
