Welcome to Maple Leaf Apartments, a community that offers more than you could ask for! We are situated in a great location in Northern Seattle, next to Green Lake Park. You'll love walking or jogging around the 2.8-mile trail that encircles the lake. There's also a park, wading pool, and play area for kids. Gather up some friends to play some baseball at one of the fields there, or have a picnic lunch and do some people-watching. Just a few blocks from the park, there are lots of restaurants and shops to explore. You can also check out the nearby Froula Playground, with an open, grassy field and tennis courts. We're right off I-5 and close to Hwy. 99, so downtown Seattle is just minutes away. Our apartments overlook a lovely, secluded courtyard, which is perfect for relaxing on a sunny afternoon.
